Vampires and Puzzles, Oh My!

Saturday was apparently another very festive day in our household. I came downstairs, after cleaning The Boy's bathroom to find him like this!

Can you guess what he is going to be for Halloween? We found his costume for $13 at Rite Aid Pharmacy. We still have to get him black pants, white dress shirt, fangs and face paint. I was very surprised to find him all dressed up already. I guess he's getting into the Halloween spirit!

While I was in the process of making the Pumpkin Poop and Pixie Tricks (check my post from yesterday to find out what I'm talking about, ) The Boy wanted to join in on the crafting fun.

Here are some of the things he made:

Can you solve his puzzle? He even made candy treat bags to give to someone who solves it. He was so proud, because he used my tape gun to "permanently" close the treat bags.

So if you can't solve the puzzle just let me know and I'll give you the answer. The BF guessed it right away and the next morning next to his alarm clock he found a mysterious bag of candy, for getting the answer correct. It was so cute and funny! You had to be there, no really!

He also made this:

I'm not sure what he plans to do with it once it dries, but I thought it was cute.

What were you and your little ones up to this weekend?

Don't forget to link up all of your arts and crafts projects, in the Smell the Coffee Lisa - Craft Swap.

Emmm, could he be a Vampire?
I don't have any children, but my niece has been coming up with some names for my new kittens that I am getting next week-end, or it could be this week-end, but my brain isn't working properly because I feel so ill at the moment!

Great Halloween goodies (from previous post - I just didn't want to comment on that post b/c there were already so many comments!). Very creative and festive.

Stopping by from SITS to say hello!

How fun with the puzzle, as little dude gets older that will be a great idea to use on him. Little dude is going to be Luigi from Super Mario Bros, he wants to wear the costume, I have a feeling he would trash it so I am a mean mom and making him wait. I love the little bag too, its so festive, he could put his pumpkin poop in there!

i love vampire costumes! your son looks adorable! we did nothing much the weekend except soccer games and chilled around the house - i get tired of running, don't you? thanks for stopping by the crib - i actually listened to howard stern for years when he was on 98.5 in cleveland but when he went to satellite i subscribed but i could never listen to him b/c of all the curse words and i was around my kids - i used to love the news with robin - anyhow, that's that

Love the vampire. But no, I didn't figure out the puzzle. I'd probably have to stare at it a while to figure it out. Love his creativity!

How cute and how sweet! I love his costume and can't wait to see him ALL decked out for Halloween! I wish mine were still small enough to have Halloween and pumpkin patches, etc. and I love the crafts - so cute! P.S. My computer at work is back to acting up so I am having to comment from home tonight instead of earlier at the office - UGH! Have a great night! :o)
