Cousin's, engulfed by the Wii!

Yeah this is serious, Level 9 of Super Mario Bros. Hey, it doesn't matter that they GOOGLED how to have 99 lives. It doesn't matter that youtube helped them to beat each level. No, what matters is they BEAT the game!

LOL it is amazing how addicted you can become to Wii! My grandmom got one and we played tennis, I was like, how can I be sore after a virtual game!? but I totally was!

My son is on level eight and it is like pulling teeth trying to get him to put it down. To be so close and yet so far.

the only thing that counts is that they WON! it doesn't matter HOW, just WINNING! I have kids. I know. WINNING. Period.

Lol! I used to look up codes for Sim City for the SNES so I could have tons of money right from the start :)

Sounds like my hubs who searches the cheat codes. LOL

Smart boys....If I have a question I google to. hahaha I'm sure after they lost the "I've been playing the WII for three hours straight glaze over their eyes" left, they were able to enjoy their victory.

My oldest son used to get so glazed over while playing Play Station! It took him awhile to get himself together. HAHAHAHA

CUTE BOYS!!

That's another reason I'm having trouble blogging. They go to game cheats or something on my laptop while they are playing. Aaargh!

Sounds like a lot of research and time for something not all that important, but perhaps it shows they are persistent, inquisitive, and willing to learn which are all good qualities! Congrats to them!

Also, congrats on your SITS day! I'm going to add you to my blogroll (it just keeps growing and growing). Also am a new follower.

That's funny, I love the expression on their faces. My boy gets that look playing Wii and he's only 4!

I can't imagine what kind of cheats and tricks there'll be by the time he's their age - I can only dream he moves onto other hobbies.

OMG! I just laughed and laughed at this pic - my gamer husband just did that! He was so excited to have all those lives. He just beat the game a few hours ago. Boys will be boys, right?
