Happy Mothers Day

For Mothers Day The Boy and I went shopping at the mall, ate lunch at Mimi's Cafe and ended the excursion with a trip to Barnes and Nobles. The Boy wanted to give me something special for MD, so we decided to take pictures in a photo booth at the Mall.
Aren't we so cute?

The best part is it came with two sets of pictures for only $3. So The Boy is able to keep a set in his bedroom at his Dad's house and my set I can place on the fridge.

The Boy turns DOUBLE DIGITS next MONDAY. I'm thinking of getting him a swimming pool. I'm not sure if we will have one set-in the ground, or just buy a $300 pool that sits above ground to which you have to take down every year. I'm all for the $300 pool as it is cheaper and we can have it ready before his birthday. The BF is all for the in-ground pool because it will look nicer and he won't have to take it down and put it up every year.

I don't know what we are going to do.

If you were us, what would you do? The cheap economical route, or the F-IT just finance the thing and do it right route?

it sounds like you had a fab mothers day and the pics are soooo cute. hmmm as for the pool I would say if you can afford it I think the in ground will last longer and for some reason they get used more I think.

Did you get quotes on the in ground? What are you talking like couple grand? Cute pictures. Also did you find your new shoes?

I definitely would prefer the in ground but...it all depends on whether the financing thing will totally blow your budget or not. I mean we can't have you going around not able to buy scarves and handbags just so The Boy can swim can we?

Sounds like you had a great Mothers Day and your pics are too cute!

As for the pool...I think I'd go the cheapie route and see how much it really gets used before splurging on the in ground...but I'm cheap and hate to spend money on big things that 'may' not be used as much as I'd hoped.

I've spent way too many years in debt so I'd go with the economical version. But it's your call! :)

I LOVE your fun photos with him!
