Too Cool for School

Where does the time go?? I feel like it was just yesterday that my Baby Boy was off to pre-school.

Now he is a 5th Grader!! Soon to be, already begun, know it all teenager. Oye Vey!!!

We've already started discussing college's. He is voting for Western Career College, you can do it! Because we drive by it all the time and he really wants to go to college. It's pretty much all he knows at this time.

Ummmm Me.......I'm thinking more along the lines of MIT. I mean he did score a 600 out of 600 on the Math section of the State's STARS exam. Which is AHHHMAZZING. Now if he can just learn to turn in his homework that he actually did complete, we might be on our way!

I guess he can go where ever he wishes, I'm just hoping I'll be able to afford it!

This Mom's already on the hunt for Scholarships. You can never be too prepared for this sort of thing! You have to mold them young, give them something to push towards!

Wow, that's a beautiful math score! You may very well be right about him going to MIT!

And scholarships are vital these days!

Thats great that hes in 5th grade and knows he wants to go to college!

Way to go! Keep it together and the eye on the prize.

Can I say anymore corny stuff?

I just finished my B.S. three months before my 43rd birthday - so I know the pitfalls of not finishing the first time around!

I know, I had the same feeling when my son turned seven yesterday. He used to be my baby and now he's a walking talking obnoxious second grader. Time flies...

Not nessasarily maybe evolution of the mind but at the same time being a mother comes naturally so you wouldnt eveolve more hands, just better ways to take care of your kids.
