One white girl and one Puerto Rican Mutt!

What happens when 1 White girl and and 1 Puerto Rican mutt get together in the kitchen?

They make Lumpia of course! Well I guess we used the wrong wrappers because they were more like egg rolls. So us White and Puerto Rican people like to call then Lumpia Rolls. No matter how they look, they still tasted yummy.

You can't make Lumpia rolls without of course having a margarita or two, maybe 3.

I don't know these don't look so appetizing to me today. Maybe becuse I ate to many yesterday. I don't know. It was certainly fun to make though. I didn't enjoy cleaning the oil that splattered EVERYWHERE.

This does look wonderful. When my feature gets up on that site all you have to do it leave a comment saying you are there for me. Then I get my vote in. For some reason the feature is not working just yet.

Those look very yummy! Last night we made crab rangoons, but they don't sell won ton wrappers here so we had to use lumpia wrappers! Oh well, still delicious. :) Oh, and thanks for visiting my blog! My husband was never really a cat person until we got our Ali, either. Then he realized that a lot of cats are loving and sweet with the people they know but sometimes tend to run away and be anti-social when other people come around. I've always wanted Ali to be a social cat, but she's a love bug around us so I can't complain too much. :)

Lisa Anne! ;) You caught us at just the right time! Tomorrow is Spoiler Alert Tuesday. We will be drawing for who wins the stamp set and putting another prize up. Last week we didn't do anything on the blog because we were both bogged down with the start of school and stuff.
But anyway, it would be cool if you joined and have others that want to! We are reading Splitting Harriet this month. A new author and genre for us, but we just started it on Sept. 1st. Or if you're like me, you just started it yesterday. Woops! ; )

I must say, as individual raw ingredients I was not tempted, but the end result looks lovely, well done for persevering.
