I'm discouraged today because during weigh in last night I found out I didn't lose any weight! I guess I should be happy because I didn't gain anything either. One would say that I should be content with the fact that I've lost 19.2lbs in 8 weeks, only I'm not!
I really really really really really wanted to hit my 10% weight loss yesterday. I don't think you understand how badly I wanted that copper key chain for doing so! I don't get it! I feel like I'm depriving myself of so many things for nothing. I just want a burger and fries. I mean who cares if I sneak a cookie here or there. I deserve it right? I deserve to lose weight!
So I ask you this:
1) Is it possible that you can gain weight from staring at a picture? Is it possible, I didn't lose because I've spent hours on end staring at the bacon cups in the post in the post below? Oh how I would envision that the yummy goodness that is bacon in my mouth?
Seriously, though. Do you think it could happen?
2) Do the points count when you pop a tootsie roll in your mouth, chew it, suck out the flavor and then spit it out? I mean you are not swallowing it! Right? So does it count as points?
Lifestyle changes suck! It's not easy! Life's not easy. Sometimes I just wish it could be though! LAME!!
All you people who can eat whatever it is you want top eat all the time and stay stick thin, well YOU SUCK!! No seriously you suck! Okay so I'm a little jealous, leave me alone!
So I need to rise above, because seriously this whole cutting weight thing is about to be dumped in the toilet. I'm not sure how much more I can take!
SPEAKING OF LIFE SUCKING!
OMG, DID YOU WATCH GREYS ANATOMY LAST NIGHT?
It was the two hour season finale and all I can say is mouth was left hanging open for an entire TWO HOURS! The suspense, the drama the horror! I couldn't believe all the characters who were shot. All the characters who were killed! WOW! I thought Private Practice had a jaw dropping moment when they killed off Dell during their season finale last week, but come on!
I can't believe I have to wait months and months for it to start back up again. SHONDRA! You can't leave us with an ending like that without telling us how it pans out! SERIOUSLY!
If you have not seen it, you have to watch it! So many twists and turns, it's INSANE!

SERIOUSLY!
Grey's Anatomy is back people, and I can't wait for Thursday night.
Let's jump straight to the recap:
In one two hour episode we experienced the joy and shock and sadness that is
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Not to mention the drama of:
Mark Sloan - I mean SERIOUSLY, McSteamy became a Father and a soon to be Grandpa all in one episode. It's true, Callie performed the paternity test. To top it off, It's a girl named Sloan. It comes as a shock to Lexi who chops off the tip of her finger after finding out that her boyfriend's new daughter, who's practically the same age as she is, is moving in! McDreamy doesn't help the situation by telling Lexi, " There could be a gaggle of Sloans!" LMAO. I totally believe it too. He's such the Man Whore but he makes a great wing man.
The Chief - The Chief has fallen off the wagon, hard. The Chief tells Meredith he's not an alcoholic, he just has "Situational Depression." In hopes of Meredith keeping quiet about his "situation" the Chief t gives Meredith special one on one training and she's milking it. I mean with the merger and all, she's finding it hard to get any OR time. Who knows how long the secret will be kept, for at the end of the episode the Chief is so drunk at the bar, that Joe has to page Meredith to pick him up. Yeah, SERIOUSLY, "Daddy Issues!"
Cristina and Hunt - Their love triangle with the new so-called Cardio-God has now ended. Possibly, Maybe. Cristina goes all dramatic on Hunt, telling him she knows she's not perfect but.....Before she can finish talking, Hunt grabs her and gives her a dramatic kiss. He confesses his dire love for her. I hope this doesn't make Cristina all goo, goo gaga while Meredith becomes dark and twisty for having to keep the Chief's secret.
Meredith - Is all happy go lucky since getting married to Derek via a post-it note. I was in shock that she even gave up a part of her Liver for her non-existent father. No more dark and twisty Meredith. It's so weird to see her happy and so positive. Knowing Meredith, this can't go on for much longer. The Chief's secrets got to drag her back down, especially with how the show ended.
The Bitches -
Alex to Meredith: "You're his bitch." (talking about her relationship with the Chief)
Meredith to Cristina: "Well, in that case, you're Teddy's bitch." (Teddy is the new Cardio God who loves Hunt, but Hunt loves Cristina)
Alex to himself: "Maybe that's my problem. I'm no body's bitch."
Cristina to Alex: "You were Izzie's bitch."
Alex to Cristina: "You're the bitch."
Alex - Alex and Izzy, I'm not sure what the heck is going on here. One minute Izzy is on the show and alive. Then she's dead. Then she's back to being alive. Then she's just gone and now she's back. I don't get it. She just needs to permanently be gone. Alex is just as bad. One minute he's all the Good Guy Alex and then he's back to his usual rude, womanizing self. Snooze button on these two.
Bailey - Is having "Daddy Issues" when her father comes to town after finding out she's gotten a divorce. Bailey, because she is the bad ass of Seattle Grace, not to mention my FAVORITE character! SERIOUSLY, my favorite! She sticks the knife right where it belongs during Christmas dinner. She proceeds to tell her Father, that despite her son not being with her for the holidays, he's a healthy, well loved and a happy boy. She shouldn't raise him in a home that's not suitable. You go girl! There's nothing wrong with being divorced and a single Mother.

Arizona and Callie - They are still together and appear as blissfully happy as ever. Joy! Something good has got to happen with these two.
I think I've pretty much covered the basis here.

Derek - After being fired by the Chief, but working anyway, he finally gets an apology from the Chief. Nothing exciting going on with him, unless you consider him donating his paycheck to save a child's life. He's just pretty eye candy. It's totally the hair.
Arizona and Callie - They are still together and appear as blissfully happy as ever. Joy! Something good has got to happen with these two.Am I missing anyone? If I am then they probably aren't to important. Like the lame Mercy West people. Who do they think they are invading Seattle Grace. LOL
I think I've pretty much covered the basis here.
Are you as excited as I am?

Oh My Grey’s! The Top 10 Moments of Grey’s Anatomy
2nd POST TODAY, SCROLL DOWN TO SEE MY HALLOWEEN TREAT BOXES, YOU'RE GONNA LOVE EM!!!
I wasn't to happy with the 2hr premier, I thought it was okay, not what I was hoping for or expecting.
Then I read this and it did remind me as to why I started watching this show in the first place.

Grey’s Anatomy kicked off season 6 with a two-hour episode that picked up where the finale’s cliffhanger left off. In between the crying fits (which came fast and furious for 120 minutes), we compiled the top 10 OMG (as in ‘Oh My Grey’s‘) moments as the doctors of Seattle Grace tried to survive losing one of their own. –Carrie Bell
Audacity of Hope: For a brief moment, George fans wondered if a goodbye was necessary when Lexie claimed the body was too tall and the others questioned Meredith’s finger-writing interpretation skills. But Callie checked for his Texas-shaped freckle and confirmed the end of 007. Unless, of course, Izzie starts hallucinating again. (We bet George would be up for some ghost sex.)
Four Residents and a Funeral: When the remaining four original interns stepped away from the burial unable to control their snickers, it had the authenticity, emotion and humor of season 1, and reminded us of why we started TiVo-ing the show in the first place.
She’s Alive: Izzie has been brought back from the brink of death and is showing improvement. (Notice she’s not cured, so the Katherine Heigl exit rumors can continue.) Her recovery left her new hubby distant and constantly worried about her fragility. “You made me let you in. You made me love you. If I lose you, I won’t survive,” he cried in one of the most poignant scenes.
Mister Skin: Whoever came up with the idea that Deredith should sleep their way through their grief in every room of their house and get caught by Izzie and Alex should get a raise. If the same person is responsible for showing off Sloan’s body (with conveniently placed steam) in the shower and a shirtless Hunt, it should be a big one. McDreamy’s abs should be featured as much as his hair.
Blast From the Past: Grey’s has a history of hiring big names and turning them into character actors (Eric Stoltz, Christina Ricci, Tyne Daly and Chris O’Donnell) and the tradition continued with Martha Plimpton as a mom desperate to get help for her son who proved hard to diagnose. Bet that Goonies line “Never say die” came in handy.
Bailey Breakdown: Seattle Grace’s tough cookie started to unravel after George’s death. Bailey told Derek of her plan to be detached and cold in the future: “I have to stop caring so much. I have to save it for my son. I can’t keep giving it away here.”
Dang, Yang: Owen’s shrink instructed him to abstain from sex with Cristina, saying, “To heal, he’s going to have to start talking. If you get lost in lust, he won’t start.” No sex made Cristina grumpy. She made one inappropriate comment after another (including one about cancer patients unfairly getting the good popsicles), nicknamed a boat-accident “patient ceviche” and butted in on Bailey’s case.
These Lines: “He was kind of a dorky little dude. Was he hung?” and “Yeah, I played the cancer card. I’m gross. Whatever,” and “If you know a way to sugarcoat a colostomy bag, I would like to hear it,” and “How gay are you on a scale from 1 to gay?”
Group Think: The duty of narrating fell on all the regulars this time and it was a nice and unexpected touch, especially as the voiceover dealt with the stages of grief and how they look different depending on whose wearing them. Bravo.
Ripped from the Headlines: Like hospitals across the U.S., Seattle Grace is facing budget cuts and layoffs. The Chief made Arizona cry when he denied her MRI request and Torres jumped ship when he couldn’t give her a promotion. The board was breathing down his neck, offering his position to Der and eventually came up with a plan to merge with their biggest competitor, Mercy West. The Chief announced, “I wish I could tell you all you will survive.” As fear spread across everyone’s faces, you couldn't help but think things are going to get ugly.
Well the people of PEOPLE.com, if you are going to put it that way than yeah that was a great way to start the season. Can't wait for next week!!

Mama took my eyebrows. She took my eyebrows, and now I'm a Burke.
Sorry I was again on ABC reading up on Greys Anatomy, maybe watching an old episode. OKAY I'M A FREAK. I need help, SERIOUS Grey's Intervention here. I'm that Intervention commercial where the people are screaming only you can't hear them, but they are screaming. I'm possibly screaming. Well not yet, but maybe on the verge. Until I actually start screaming, just sit back and wait for me to fully become the crazy Grey's addicted lady and take this personality quiz.
Which character are you? http://abc.go.com/shows/greys-anatomy/personality-quiz
WHAT, WHAT - forget this stupid quiz, it's so wrong. I'm supposed to be Cristina or Meredith or even freakin sentimental long speech giving IZZY. I'm so not............
MARK!!!
NO WAY!! He's a horny little guy who only cares about pleasing himself. I mean, I do fit the whole good looking part, don't get me wrong, but SLOAN's a MAN WHORE. Even if he is starting now to want to commit to LEXIE. Seriously, it's Mark Sloan, how long is that gonna last. I'm NO MARK SLOAN. I'm a commitment FREAK. The only man to ever cross my mind in that kind of way is my BF. I'm so not MARK, PLEASE!
I need to re-take the quiz.
SO MUCH BETTER, at least better then being Mark. I couldn't be Mc Steamy though! Yeah I got the looks!
What a different a question makes. I answered 1 question differently and now I'm Cristina.

Did I mention season 5 is out on DVD Sept. 15th and the new season starts Sept. 24th? You know where I'll be on those days!
